"The receptionists at the hotel made us feel very welcome, even as we entered the premises. This was followed by being allocated a beautiful room and great breakfast and service from the staff. Quite frankly the service was faultless and i look forward to using the Park Plaza again."

"Stopped here previously with our doggy. This was a solo trip everything was good for me. Left something in the room called next day and they had it in lost property which got collected by my daughter that day. Service excellence "
