"Great stay"

"Problems w room temperature control.could not be fixed. Moved to another room. Not convenient. "

"Room was clean and that was about all. Shower handheld leaked like crazy. By the time my shower was over I could have had a bath as the drain was so slow. Staff were excellent in telling us where to go. Pretty sure manybyears agonthis wiuld have been a posh hotel, definately not now. "

"Fabulous hotel, the staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful! The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained & furnished to a high specification. The breakfast was really nice! I have no negative comments & would gladly stay again!"

"Nice stay and great room, but definitely more 4 stars than 5! No gym, no heated pool(s) and service could be better. Staff were nice, but we didn’t get any information about the area or available activities. Also the restaurant was closed for 2 nights for private event - which is fine, but then the hotel should do something for their other guests. We had to complain before we got a gesture with free food. Acceptable with 4 stars, but not 5."

"This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. Staying at Aqualuz each year is one of my favourite things to do in life."
