Good, but maintenance readiness needs to improve

Tivemos uma lâmpada da varanda fundida, pedimos para trocar e não havia pessoal da manutenção disponivel, pedimos que para apontar a reclamação e repararem no dia seguinte, mas durante toda a nossa estadia não foi resolvido. De resto tudo foi muito bom!!!

Gut und direkt am Strand

Das Apartment war sehr groß, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert und es befindet sich direkt am Strand. Auch direkt zu Fuß erreichbar sind das Casino, verschiedene Restaurants und kleinere Läden sowie ein Supermarkt. Die Preise im Supermarkt sind teils höher als normal aber gerechtfertigt, wenn man bedenkt, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weit entfernt sind. Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufenthalt (außerhalb der Saison mit wenig Gästen) sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist sehr schön, besonders bei Ebbe mit den dann zu sehenden Sandbänken. Negativ an der Umgebung sind die Industrie und der große Hafen samt vorbeifahrender Frachtschiffe, sowie die kontinuierliche Bebauung der Halbinsel.

Hotel a precisar de uma renovação, serviço de receção é feito em outro hotel distante, no momento do check in os cartões dos quartos não estavam bem codificados tivemos que substituir, os apartamentos tem duas tv mas nenhuma funcionava, não tem uma garrafa de agua, chinelos ou um robe, a pior parte foi querer tomar um banho de agua quente e não poder. De longe algum dia pode valer o dinheiro.

Troia er fedt :-)

Du skal vælge Troia hvis du godt kan lide flotte strande. Der er ikke overfyldt af tourister og marinaen er hyggelig samt de enkelte butikker der er omkring. Der ligger også nogle gode restauranter på Troia. Minus er at det tager langtid at komme ind til Lissabon. (ca 2-3 timer), og man er lidt isoleret på Troia, selv om Sitobal også er et fint besøg værd. Poolen er ikke overrendt, nogle gange havde vi den for os selv. Selve lejligheden var fin indvendig, men terrassen trængte til maling og der kom vand ned fra lejlighederne oven overs Air condition.

Um apartamento moderno, enorme, muito bem localizado e…no entanto muito desconfortável! A maior parte das fichas não funcionava, a cozinha muito pouco equipada ( nem sei como uma família poderia fazer férias ali), o espaço enorme com duas salas mas no entanto sem um único sofá confortável. Não havia uma vassoura ( num apartamento de praia é obrigatório pois há sempre areia e não se fica à espera da limpeza daí a 2 dias ) não há um ferro de engomar ( dar um jeito na roupa que veio nas malas). Enfim … achei que paguei muito para o que obtive.

Excelente estadia

Apartamento muito bem localizado ( pretíssimo da praia), amplo, muito bem equipado, com uma excelente vista. A melhorar : colchão cama casal pouco confortável, travesseiros ruins também. Foi pedido na altura do check in, retirada diária do lixo ( devido a fraldas de 2 bebês ), o que não aconteceu. Muita demora no atendimento telefónico para o hotel ( Aqualuz Tróia) que dava apoio a qualquer necessidade.

Unpleasant stay. The reception was closed and we had no information on where to check in. We need to went to GNR to be informed where the guests usually do the check in. The room did not have a view as it was supposed to, it had no heating and not even any carpet... and its was so cold

Esperienza positiva. Gli appartamenti sono ottimi, con vista, veranda spaziosa, ben arredati. La piscina per i ragazzi è fantastica. La posizione è privilegiata. Appena una nota negativa nei primi due giorni dopo l’attivo: la pulizia non era un granché; polvere e capelli un po’ ovunque. Ma alla fine del secondo giorno hanno rimediato facendo le pulizie a dovere. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli.

O quarto é grande, agradável e espaçoso, com sala de estar, cozinha e varanda. Tem todas as comodidades para cozinhar. Pode se usar a piscina interna, jacuzzi, sauna e banho turco do hotel aqualuz. Tem estacionamento privado.

Péssima experiência, o quarto não estava arrumado para recepção, mobiliário de jardim dentro do apartamento, Wi-Fi não funcionava, no site indicava que tinha lareira mas não referência que é necessário o cliente levar lenha. Além disso dizia vista jardim mas a vista era para o parque de estacionamento e um prédio em obras. Preço verso qualidade muito por desejar. Efectuei reclamação junto do hotel, segundo a recepcionista iria ser contactada mas até agora ninguém contactou. Uma má experiência.

Excelente localização, fácil acesso apesar de fraca sinalização. Faltavam algumas loiças na cozinha, pirex, micro ondas, chávenas de café e copos e um dos estores da sala estava avariado pelo que não foi possível abrir a janela para o alpendre. A piscina não estava aberta! Coisas mínimas dado que o espaço é grande, muito confortável e acolhedor! Excelente o atendimento apesar da fila para o Check-in. Recomendo!

Excellent rapport qualité / prix

Quelques petits défauts a corriger comme les taches sur le tapis, la terrasse endommagée et plus d’eau chaude le matin. Dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. Il faut tout de même améliorer les indications pour récupérer les pass de la chambre car il faut se rendre à l’hotel de l’autre côté. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la piscine et la plage, le calme de la résidence ainsi que le parking privatif.
