The staff were very courteous and hospitable. The restaurant staff were very caring and the variety of food was amazing. Didn’t make use of all the amenities. We felt good that we stayed in a hotel that was central for shopping, airport and other destinations."

"We booked a King bed for 3 nights. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. We called the hotel a few hours earlier (around 7pm) to inform them that we are still coming and to confirm our reservation - they acknowledged. Once we arrived at our hotel the duty manager Amandeep Singh said the room is still no ready and to wait 20/25min for the room to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. The Front Office Manager Tamana Kaundal then advised that they can put us in a 2-bed bedroom instead and move us the next day - which would be a huge inconvenience as we had a busy day scheduled and would not want to repack our belongings to move to another room. Service was horrible and rooms were out dated. I will not be returning and would not advise anyone else to stay here either."
