It’s a great location. I stayed there as a female solo traveller and it was very safe. I think what stood out to me most was the customer service I received from the moment I walked in. Bala and Meryl at front desk were very professional and took care of any of my needs well. Everyone from the bellboy, cleaners to kitchen staff all upheld an outstanding standard for service.

The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and the service throughout the stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond by providing an umbrella for my visa interview since it was raining, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. They were also very accommodating with my check-in time upon request, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious — I genuinely enjoyed every meal. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
