"I stayed in a Junior Suite, garden view, air-conditioned room was perfect, fresh and comfortable. Reception was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful on every occasion, ready to help no matter what. My room was spotless, clean, and maintained to a very high standard (everything perfectly made up, like new), thank you to your housekeeping team. The breakfast selection was amazing, with excellent choices (heaps during breakfast) with perfect execution each morning. My standout experience was at the poolside. The cocktails and beverage service (on point) was exceptional every time. A special shout‑out to your employee Mr Nguyen Hoand Nguyen, he noticed when I arrived, remembered the drinks for our group of six without any reminder, and delivered perfect service throughout. He made the stay even more special. The overall team are amazing who are attentive in their areas, hospitable, and genuinely committed to guest care and friendly. Thank you so much. I would definitely return without any hesitation; This team have set a very high standard in this industry."
