"The hotel itself is good! The staff are helpful and I can’t complain about them. However the hotel is near a train station and is very very loud even if the windows are closed, you can hear it like is inside the room,it stops at 1am and starts at 6 am which makes difficult to sleep. The breakfast (the restaurant is not from the hotel is a separated business lets say) is not good at all,the options are basic basic basic, which is upsetting . They should definitely look into that,the acta hotel for their costumers and the restaurant (Origem) maybe they should offer something better for the breakfast. The gym is amazing though."

"the room was clean but smelled badly. We. had to open window wide. smell never went away. the corridor smelled good. Tried to make a reservation to be picked up 3 hours in advance. told to call when u have luggage. told in a few minutes would be picked up. Then after 20 minutes told 10 minutes. total wait time 45 minutes. A bottle of water was provided in the room. We wanted another bottle was told it was $5. Was advised each visit to room for a complimentary soft drink was $5. Near airport good. Drive back to airport on time. "

"Location was great! Had everything you need inside the rooms. Furniture and decor was a little dated but super clean. Took off one star because it would have been helpful to know that you are unable to get dropped off in front of the hotel since the entrance is off of a walkway, not a road. You have to walk about 2-3 minutes to the front entrance from the road."

"This accommodation is truly an experience like none other. I’d almost describe it as being a museum of days gone by and when things were different than they are today, but exactly the same as they are today. staff were amazing."

"Very nice hotel with everything you would want for your stay. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Lunch from the bar menu was delicious also. Great location. Train station is a 15 minute walk. Uber is abundant and reasonably priced also. Will stay again. "
