"El hotel Riu plaza España es excelente, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, un poco alto el precio, pero merece la pena, si buscas excelencia en todos los sentidos, la ubicación, inmejorable "

"Great location. The hotel is located very close to Puerta del Sol and all the shops and restaurants, but not so close that it was loud outside the open window. The lobby had a lot of stairs incorporated into the design, so not ideal for differently abled or immobile guests, but the design was beautiful and modern. The room was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly but lacked warmth. I didn't feel especially welcomed. The bellman were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite nice with multiple delicious options on a large buffet, and reasonably priced. The room design and amenities were quite nice and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower had nice water pressure."
