"Great small room for 4 people. 3 adults and 1 child. Great heated pool and surroundings. Good location close to shops and eateries. Have to pay for parking. Some pillows were not washed well. They were smelly which made using them not an option. I didn't tell reception as it was late when we noticed and it was just for 1 night. "

"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. The kids loved the kanagroos. the whole property feels...

"While the hotel was in a convenient spot for a visit to the local hospital we were not really happy with the cleanliness, especially of the day bed which has stains of unknown origin. Other than that it wasn't too bad"

"Wifi is terrible - always shows strong signal but nothing happens, impossible to conduct Zoom meeting. Everything else was excellent in a great location."

"Everything was amazing apart from we had a cooktop in our room which we bought food for Mother’s Day breakfast and we couldn’t cook it as the cooktop was not working and then we were told it was working but we weren’t supplied with the correct pans for an induction cooktop. Very disappointing……."

"Good location if you need to be near the hospital. Other than that it was a very vanilla unit, comfortable enough but nothing interesting about it. View of the river was okay but the whole area is so cookiecutter."

"The check-in was easy and very friendly, the cabin was clean, tidy and comfortable and the location was very central."

"Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great "
