"This property is awesome. The price is very economical. The property is very clean and has everything needed to prepare your own meals if necessary. The bathroom is very clean to the American standard. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a excellent choice. The property owner responds to messages promptly with care to the tenant. Everything that you could think of is within walking distance. "

"Staff very helpful. Hotel itself well maintained and quiet when we were there. Large, secure car park onsite. The only negative was the swimming pool was very dirty the day we wanted to use it, with leaves, dust and insects floating on the surface. Only four sun loungers provided for guests. Simple filipino breakast provided but the helpful staff cooked up bacon and eggs to suit my western taste which was very much appreciated. All in all a comfortable stay and would certainly stay there again."

"Beautiful garden (some mosquitoes). Nice decoration with many works of art. Bathroom neat and clean. A few broken things in the bathroom. The room and the bathroom both have an opening window with mosquito net. Air conditioning noisy uncomfortable but this place gets cool in the night. Street noise during the day, strongly decreases during the night. Breakfast is coffee or milk + egg + bread or rice, simple but good. "

"1) guards and receptionist friendly. 2) stay in 11-08..offer good views of sea even. 3) mostly all equipment working conditions..air on powerful but noisy. Hard to sleep.bed not so comfy due to thin mattress 4)2 lift to go up to each floor.which is quite fast. 5) will stay again if chance arises solace near malls.strert food..night roxas market.. nightlife.good resto."
