"The apartment is located in the Malay community, hard to locate Chinese food. The apartment’s amenities are not really well maintained. Loose taps, lack of places for hanging clothes, broken hanging rack below morris in center room, master bedroom has some moist smell)"

"Curtains did not cover window fully at the side where toilet was. At night it might be especially visible from the carpark downstairs if you do not close the toilet doors while in the toilet. Bidet spray was not working. Both our bath towels had a brown stain on the first day. Found half a peanut on the floor too. WiFi was non-existent in the room throughout our stay. "Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

"Deluxe room that we stayed in on 13 floor was spacious enough for 2 people and had nice river views of Kuching, also walk in shower But the wifi was non existent ( who wants to sit in the foyer to get a signal!!!) "

"The hotel location was convenient, just by the main road. If you are travelling without a car, it’s convenient to book Grab from this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious for 4 pax. Beds were comfortable, hot shower, good water pressure. There’s window but unfortunately you are not allowed to open it. There’s only aircond available in the room, no fan. "As usual, it's always like returning home. Almost all the staff at Telang Usan are familiar faces. We got the room facing the lovely green garden/forested area upon request. Love it! Will definitely be back."

"It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."
