"Lovely hotel, wonderful location. Seems to appeal to families predominantly. We really enjoyed the pianist on Friday evening. The food was lovely, though we were a little uncomfortable with the buffet service (and sheer number of people using it) given the pandemic. Language was a little tricky with a limited number of staff who could speak English, but we were able to communicate in German, so not a major issue. Overall a good stay. Thank you. "

"Some updating may be required for this otherwise nice hotel. The room was VERY basic. There was no AC, no mini fridge or even an iron. Windows could use some screens as pigeon feathers get in when the window is open. It gets pretty loud on the weekend as it seems the younger crowds gather around the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location."

"The hotel didn’t have any double or queen beds available for my gf and I and on top of that we were watching a movie a little later at night on my phone and the night desk worker repeatedly harassed us and knocked on our door aggressively 3 times after midnight and then proceed to curse me out over a translator app to keep the noise down "

"I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. The rooms are very nicely designed, with heated bathroom floors, big flat screed, smart tv, good wifi (although add states no internet?), and good FREE parking - the add mentions a fee but we were never charged. "Reception was OK. The room was large and clean. TV channels were poor and the signal was bad (certainly not digital!) and the so-called WIFI was a torture. It took minutes to open one page. We had diner in the restaurant and I ordered "juicy pork tenderloin". It wasn't juicy at all. I don't know how the chef managed to do that. And the prices on Polish and English menu chart were different! Breakfast was limited but ok. OK to stay one night (were only wanted to visit the Wolf's Lair the next...

"This was a beautiful property. The homes were modern and clean. The area was very quiet with beautiful views. Owner’s son was helping us out. He was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again."

"The place is new and sparkling clean, only 5 minutes walk from the lake. The hosts are super nice and very welcoming, giving many useful tips and advices. You can have breakfast in the restaurant near the lake, prices are fare and food is good. The house is a bit small for 5 people, but this is not a big issue "

Brak możliwości zaparkowania przy hotelu. Śniadania niby w formie szwedzkiego stołu ale nakładane przez kelnerów. Zasada raczej z oszczędności niż z ochrony przed wirusem. Wystarczy pomyśleć o maseczkach i rękawiczkach jednorazowych czy podzielić pokoje na poszczególne godziny śniadaniowe niż tworzyć...
