The front desk staff especially was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Our room was large, off the street and quiet. Breakfast was very nice, served at the top floor on a pleasant terrace. We recommend it highly based on our experience"

"Initially, I was worried regarding the hotel since the building it is in did not look like the photos - it is on the 4th floor of a shared hotel complex, that of which was pretty run down. However, when I eventually reached the 4th floor, the Floris Hotel had a clean and fresh look to it with a security door at the front. The receptionists were always lovely and helped me with any questions I had, including looking after my bags on my final day so I could still explore Rome and advising me to my...
