Every single member of their seemingly small army of staff who I interactacted with was kind, genuine and professional. The service and attention to detail at this hotell is unparalleled! Everything, no matter how big or small, from drinks to food is presented in beautiful and perfect fashion. We definitely did not want to leave and will be back again. "The staff were absolutely brilliant showing true hospitality on my stay even with me being sick in my room they checked in on me and made sure to drop my breakfast up to me each day to make sure I was comfortable. Only thing I will say for constructive criticism is about the beds is the duvet (or lack of) was very light not providing much cover/insulation at night from the A/C. Other than that I would very much recommend especially with the included transportation to and from the airport. Great value."
