The resort was not close to food options or exploring the city. Sometimes there was a trike available otherwise you would have to walk. That was the only downside, otherwise the resort was beautiful, staff were very friendly, and we had a great stay

Overall the resort is nice. It needs maintenance. Maintenance was ongoing in one of the bldgs. Ours had no hot water for 2 days. They also charged $5 daily for an extra blanket.

Pool Villa is the best room!

This was my second stay at Princesa Gardens. Previously, I got a water villa, but this room was insanely better! Don’t waste your money on the top room, when you can have a pool villa for a quarter of the price and it will be everything you need!

Overall the hotel is nice but not a 4 star accommodation. Needs lots of maintenance. Work was ongoing. Hopefully when finished the resort will be modern and nicer. Paid $5 per night for an extra blanket in our room for our son. Very excessive. Limited dinning options and selection for international travelers. Pool area was nice, sandbar area not so much. Courteous staff overall. Hot water was inoperative for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. If we travel to Palawan again we will try another area. Puerto Princessa is not a travel destination for beach or relaxation.

I particularly liked the Crepe lady, her service, she pays attentions to details of crepe, she makes. The breakfast and the way access to the pool from rooms was the highlights. I would definitely recommend others to this property. Just like my friend recommended me.

We got the double pool room and so glad we did! We loved having a private pool entrance and being on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. The resort itself is about 10 minutes drive from the main part of town but it was easy to grab a tuk tuk from the front gate any time we wanted to go in to town. Having the resort out of the town gave way for a super peaceful and quiet getaway and the whole place is so beautiful. Staff is polite and helpful and we will definitely be back!

An absolutely incredible resort

Unexpectedly this resort was by far one of the most awesome resorts I have ever stayed. I travel a lot and I am shocked at how incredibly amazing this place. The vast variety of super cool things to see and do literally was over the top. Who ever designed this place and built it I wish I could shake their hand. I can’t even believe this place exists at puerto princess’s

A great stay! The pool access room was very nice and worth the price. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Dining options were limited , and while the food was good, it was quite pricey. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus.
