"Pros: Close to restaurants and stores Cons: Unsafe, no lock on gate, room is unsanitary, no staff, bathroom dirty, very hot shower and there was no way to control it. "

"I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. I will never book the hotel again. Additionally, I paid for protection. My claim was declined because notice of the strike had been...

"Surprisingly quiet despite being located in middle of Golders Green Literlly 2minuteswalk to bus stops 5 minutes to Golders Green Underground Station"

"It was in an easy to get to postion from the national express bus station. I would always book again if I was going to wembley , the public transport to Wembley from here was fantastic and cheap. "
