"We were unaware that the room we got was not part of the regularly staffed Casablanca, so the room was a lot less desirable than what the pictures were showing. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, the tub needed renovated, no canopies provided by the hotel, tough to communicate with owner. However, the hotel desk was okay and the valet employees were amazing. The pool was easy to access and the beach front was great. So location good staff great, water great, room itself not the best. Would not stay there...

"1 Star – Unacceptable Experience Our flight arrived at 8 PM Thursday. I shared my arrival details in advance and was told to give a 30-minute heads up since check-in requires the host to be present. I did. I arrived at 8:36 PM, checked in with the front desk, completed the form, and showed my ID. The key was ready, but they couldn’t release it until the host arrived. So we waited. Over an hour. "This hotel should not even be listed on Expedia what a shame. This room is not a Beach Front Studio. Let’s not even talk about the ocean view more like a dirty roof and a nasty stinky hallway and room. Expedia need to check this rooms before allowing owners to post. "
