"Excellent location in the town centre with easy walking access to the cathedral and the canal basin. I had a clean and comfortable room with a nice en suite. Breakfast and dinner were very good. A pity there's no lift but I was warned about that and I managed the 2 flights of stairs despite being 70 and lame. I would certainly like to stay at the Wellington again."

"For the price the hotel was OK, thankfully it was only a bed for the night whilst working nearby. Its the little things that let it down, first impression when you walk in the foyer is to walk back out, but then when you get in the room itself things are not too bad, Plug missing from batch, back missing off remote control, windows and mirrors are dirty. You get what you pay for."

"We requested a quiet room and that’s what we got. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble Food was excellent for evening meal and breakfast So convenient to have good food in the hotel so we didn’t have to go out again. Fast as tic countryside views Ample parking Definitely stay here again "

"The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. "

"We stayed here following a day of hiking and it was perfect. However it would also be a great place to stay for a more glamorous occassion too. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and quirky interior. Food was incredible."
