"We had a really great experience at Tobu Hotel. The location was perfect and close to train station.Really close to shopping: Don Quijote and a mall nearby with lots of restaurants as well. But what stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff.Checking in and out was easy.We were also able to book the Limo bus from the hotel directly to Narita Airport which was so convenient for multiple luggages.Will definitely book this hotel again."

"Very easy to reach from Narita Airport to Ueno by Skyliner train. Hotel is 6 minutes walking from station. Hotel reception is at the 20'th floor of tall bulding. The room was small but very convenient. "
