"The place was dirty, sheets had hair and stains. I asked for them to clean it and the sent someone who remade the bed with the same filthy bedding, blood and yellow stains in finally had to request extra sheets and just sleep on top of the bed."

"Great central location just a view minutes (via the Market Brae steps) to the High Street and railway station. I had no direct interaction with the proprietor or staff. Nevertheless the guest house was reasonably homely, clean and well maintained. A good budget choice."

"Comfortable. Bed was nice. Heat and hot water. The staff at check in was warm and friendly. The tub and and floors could have been cleaner. There were some crumbs under a night stand and though the shower might have been passable for a rough week at home i dont think it would be a nice bath"
