A really lovely hotel & restaurant with great hospitality. The meals were delicious & the room was very spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk across through the tunnel to catch the cruise of Loch Ness as well. A beautiful area to visit.

Leckeres Frühstück à la carte was ergänzt wird mit einem kleinen Buffet. Vielfältig, auch für Vegetarier. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Unser Zimmer war hellhörig, was daran liegt, dass es an einer Durchgangstür im Flur lag.

Wir waren eine Nacht hier: Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf Loch Ness. Abends ist es am Ufer total ruhig, wir saßen da alleine. Frühstück und Abendessen fanden wir sehr gut.

Located next to Loch Ness the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a nice evening in the bar. The room was small, and it was disappointing not to have any kind of a view of anything, but that was anticipated. The bed was small too, and that did make sleeping challenging. Breakfast was really good.

Great location and service

The hotel seems a bit old but this didn’t matter too much since the staff were extremely friendly and we were assigned a big apartment with an excellent view over Loch Ness. The restaurant also offered excellent food and service.

Brilliant location with views of the loch as well as cruises, a little trail nearby also. Friendly welcoming staff great food and a whiskey collection to die for

We were in a family room with absolutely no view. The property is good only if you get a Loch view room. The receptionist argued that we were getting what was booked, but the point was there was no option when we booked. Property should make amendment in their room choices on the common booking portals, which people choose.

The hotel is fab overlooking the Loch and all the staff are so lovely. The room was small but had everything you needed and the location stunning.

It was much better than our 4* hotel visit before. Everything was clean. The only bad thing I can say is the missing air condition. It was very hot in our room. The locks of the doors could be better. Anyone with a piece of cardboard could open the room.
