Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge 3 Stars Hotels

"The staff was first rate, from the check-in desk to the breakfast folk. The hotel was very clean, the decor was perfect, but the breakfast was mediocre when compared to other "breakfast included" hotels I've visited recently. The parking is very limited around the hotel and you park across the street in a gated park. My only real complaint is that the ice machine was right across the hall from us and it rumbled, grunted, wheezed and gurgled loudly all night...all night! Don't be expecting a mountain view...all rooms that I peeked into had a view of a road, either the "main drag" in town, or in our case, the hotel parking lot. Great location, loved the walkability. And again the decor and the staff are terrific. Loved all the towels and the bathroom amenities. The water pressure was fierce...almost felt like a pressure washer. Had a great time! Thanks!"

"I was pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking for a place to stay before check in our cabin the next day and honestly I would have enjoyed staying there the entire time instead of the cabin. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were open 24 hours. They had a movie night and popcorn for the families until 10 PM. It was really nice. It was comfy and cozy in the entrance and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed our short day and the next time I’m there I will definitely be coming to stay again."

"We had issues with the shower handle not working properly. Maintenence came and fixed the issue but it was only temporary; by the end of our stay the problem started again. There was dried blood on the bed sheets but otherwise the room was comfortable. The kids love the separate area with twin beds. Each of my three children was given a $20 arcade game card upon check in by the front desk staff, but only two were loaded; the third card had a $0 balance when they started playing. This was our second stay at this property and we really wanted to like it. It has its perks but we are still on the fence with whether or not we will consider it again."

"Room was clean. Bathroom had rusty features and no exhaust fan. Breakfast was good. Location was wonderful. Pool was awesome."
