Salle de bains SANS balayette, gobelet ou patère. Aucun ménage effectué en deux jours. La balayette de wc nous a été carrément REFUSÉE (wc sales en arrivant et donc en partant). Il a fallu demander des serviettes propres et du papier toilette. Jamais vu ça."

The duty manager was rather abrupt in letting us know that check in was at 3 pm when we just wanted to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The hotel charged us for our room when it was already prepaid to Expedia 3 months ago. We are still trying to resolve this as no receipt was provided when asked.
