The place so wonderful and all the staff from the manager Naeem, Carmella, Lyca, Jules, Arvin, Arrianne, Dhel - are all very kind and accommodating, so attentive to all our needs. "It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

"I really loved the atmosphere of the place. I appreciate how everything is eco-friendly(ex. the flooring has recycled bottlecaps?). Everything was good, I want to back here for a whole week(me and my family only stayed for one day). However, only the mosquitoes were the problem. Overall, I give this hotel 4.5 stars!"

"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend."

"Great staff and a clean place. Room whichbi stayed in i felt it was a bit small. But overall a very good experience. The bar they have is very nice with good music. I felt the prices are reasonable."

"Dining - excellent staff service - you’ll have your main server, and once food is being served. You’ll have 1-2 more assisting. Another example, my son was eating his ice cream, and without cue, a staff gave him water to go with it. Thank you. Rooms - they have, I would say, their original resort rooms, and also, more recently built, modern rooms. Activity- they have wakeboarding activity inside"

"The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great"
