"Very good hotel, clean, quiet and decent. "

"We have a family room with 2 very spacious connected rooms. Bathroom is huge with a slanted base shower without a tub or shower door. The room is meant for disable with wide room for wheelchair access. We had drainage problem the first day which caused the bathroom floor to flood. We notified the staff right away, we were offer for same room on a different floor. Next day when we returned after sightseeing, we were surprised by a plate of fruits on our table as an apology from the hotel...

"Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Effective towel heaters in the bathrooms too! The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. I imagine it could get noisy in the corridors, but it was quiet when we stayed there. We'd been switched from a 5-person apartment to 2 adjacent rooms without notification from the property, but were happy with the setup and with the warm welcome and...

"Located close to old Antibe, worth visiting especially the market. Good indoor parking "

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"Unfortunately, the property is in need of maintenance. Doors and walls dirty, bathroom has a very bad odor. Much better and cleaner hotels nearby. "

"Have never had great experience of UK Best Western's when travelling for work so I usually avoid but had researched Hotel Matisse on hotels.com ahead of my trip. By the time I arrived in Sainte-Maxime I could not get my data or any city WiFi signal so I approached Hotel Matisse and asked to buy a coffee and use their WiFi whilst I sorted accommodation. "I really liked how close the hotel is to major tourist spots and transport links. Helpful and friendly staff. However the breakfast option was very limited, they need to add more items to the menu. Only cereal and pastries is not worth €12."
