Comfortable hotel

It was very good hotel.The hotel was very clean. The reservation manager was very polite and the lady was very nice and accommodating. The pool was very clean and we had no problems. The breakfast was excellent.

Tres bon séjour

Malgré un temps catastrophique le soir, nous avons pu profiter de votre tres belle piscine apres un petit déjeuné trés copieux. Le repas du soir à la boucherie etait parfait. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine comme chaque années

Värt varenda krona.

Helt enastående hotell, personalen var supertrevliga, naturskönt runtomkring hotellet, pool, och maten i restaurangen var underbar och viktigast att det var jätterent. Det var värt varenda krona och vi kommer definitivt att besöka det flera gånger.

Bel hôtel facile à trouver !

Magnifique hôtel avec un accueil superbe, un professionnalisme à toute épreuve, voilà les premières impressions que j'ai eu, une fois dans ma chambre avant et après ma prestation, à quelques encablures de là. La chambre justement était hyper propre, calme surtout. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de prendre un petit déj car un long temps de retour vers Aix-en-Provence m'attendait. Ce n'est que partie remise bien évidemment. Bref, dans l'ensemble bravo et merci au staff en place. Marc.

Mention spéciale au personnel Ibis S Antipoli

Très court séjour afin d'assister à un match de foot a Nice. Nous devions juste dormir quelques heures avant de 0rendre la route a 4h00 le lendemain. Personnel au top et un petit déj a emmener a même était fourni.

A cause d'une employée je n'y retournerai plus

Il suffit d'un grain de sable pour enrayer tout le mécanisme... l'hotel en lui meme était bien ainsi que tout le personnel aimable et professionnel. Il n'a suffit que d'une employée pour m'enlever l'envie d'y revenir. Conseil à la direction : faite passer le message que si un client vous dit qu'il est seul dans sa chambre, vous êtes dans l'obligation commerciale de le croire sur parole. Je suis rentrer avec ma collègue un soir, je demande à la dame de la reception d'enregistrer ma carte de crédit pour de futur consommations. En vérifiant sur le registre elle voit que je suis seul dans ma chambre, commence alors à faire une enquête policière en demandant à ma collègue son nom et son numéro de chambre. J'ai beau lui expliquer qu'elle n'a pas besoin d'avoir ces informations pour enregistrer ma carte mais elle ne démords pas ! Après vérification, elle s'aperçoit qu'elle est bien dans une chambre à part. Elle a beau avoir le droit de vérifier mais elle doit s'arrêter au moment meme ou le client lui dit qu'il est seul !!!

Pas la folie mais ok pour une halte

Nous avons passé une nuit au sein de l’hôtel. Hôtel commode pour une halte mais sans plus. La chambre sentait très mauvais à notre arrivée. Le lit double était petit. La salle de bain très basique. Parking sur place apprécié. Perdu au milieu de la pinède, au calme.
