"This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy. Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to. My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."

"Beautiful resort next to the beach. Everything is of high quality; from the rooms, breakfast (buffet style), amenities, to the pool and surrounding area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The highlight of our stay was a little store nearby, called MateOasis. It’s a 7 minutes walk from the premise, but it’s so worth it. The food there is amongst the best I’ve tasted in Thailand ever. "Beach house! On a nice sandy beach with no rocks. Riverview was nice. Access is by dirt road, but worth it. This is great place to stay and be left alone. There is plenty of parking, but the layout is unusual, park in the grass wherever."

"Fantastisk beliggende hotel lige ved stranden. Trænger til renovering flere steder, men værelserne er fine og rene - og med dejlig altan. Personalet gør det de skal, men er ikke venlige - de virker som om de ikke har lyst til omgang med gæsterne. Og så fylder deres mobiltelefon rigtig meget - især hos de, der arbejder omkring morgenmaden.. som iøvrigt er noget kedelig og meget ensformig. "

"I enjoyed four nights in a bungalow on the front line of Kae Bae beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The town area is just a 6-7 minute walk away, but a concierge was available to take me in a cart. Lots of dining and massage options in the town area. Overall, I had a great stay and will hope to return one day…"

"We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal."
