"Building is not in good shape. Repairs that have been done have not been done well. Outlets and hinges painted over, fixtures that don't fit, and no hot water. Cheap furnishings and not clean. Do not recommend! "

Recommendation to the property management to install some form of sound mitigation or softer closing mechanism in the doors. "

"Great hotel for the price. Our room was clean, had a comfy bed, and was quite large with a king size bed. There were limited ammenities at the hotel, but good food and coffee was a quick walk away. We really enjoyed the Jazz Showcase (2 blocks) and the neighborhood wine bar (2 blocks)."
