It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. "Great location for shops/malls and food venues (fast food, sit down, and grocery). Staff was very helpful and accommodating. English with the staff was no problem. We rented a windowed room but the only view you will see a wall and plants and the windows do not open to the outside. All rooms are the same in design, so paying extra for a room with a window is not recommended unless you just need to see sunlight during the day. Location was also very safe.
