"We loved our stay here! It was so nice and so many things to do onsite that if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to. "The check-in staff was very friendly & kind explained everything I needed to know. While there I noticed tgere were staff smoking outside while working although it was early & no guests around I do belive it a non smoking hotel. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning & Ron(which was great) from maintenance came checked it It started cooling but by the late night hours it was HOT, we enjoyed the pools & amenities. We will definitely come back & recommend this Hotel "

"It was a great stay for a last minute change of plans. We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was very helpful when needed. Great breakfast and so nice staff and welcoming. Only bummer was during rush hours or check in and checking out or morning or night rush it was hard to get an elevator back up to our room. Took over 20min to get back to our room. We hiked up 11 flights of stairs and we still beat the elevator- only once. View was great and enjoyed the balcony very much!"
