The property was old and not very well maintained. I kept finding dirt and other items from previous guests. The kitchenette doors wetre askew. The hood on the range was dented and rusted. The burners on the range were not seated properly. No hangers in the closet. No molding in the bathroom.. Although they had signs everywhere about picking up dog waste, the pet area was like walking a mine field. Other than that, the pet areas are good and pets (two) stay free. There was no maid service the three days I stayed. The best thing about the property was the staff. Always professional and friendly. I will not stay here again.

Nothing wa really unique. I didn’t Iike when we came in the too it smelled Ike smoke and it was a non smoking room. The rooms looked old and run down. It was clean but it is really time to replace old stuff.

I do not recommend staying here. The last night I stayed a cockroach was crawling around on my bed trying to cuddle. One of the bedsheets had cigarette burns. The toilet seat was disgusting the entire stay we ran into at least five cockroaches. The place smells like cigarettes and your stuff when you leave will also smell like that. The only good thing were the ladies at the receptionist desk. They were lovely. (I stayed three nights.)

I really shouldn't complain because you get what you pay for BUT the entire place was FILTHY. I only have 2 positive things to say, bed was comfy and refrigerator worked great. If the owners do not want to invest money in upgrading ok, but please invest money in better housekeepers or at least train the ones you have because in plain English, they suck at cleaning if you can even call it cleaning. On the subject of house keepers they wouldn't change my dirty towels for clean ones told me I had to go downstairs.. HOW RIDICULOUS WHEN THEY HAD THE DAMN TOWELS RIGHT ON CART. Lesson learned pay a little more for a cleaner place

to start things off there are very rude people that live at the hotel and are continuously arguing and screaming at eachother. the pool was closed and out of season which was not made known before arrival or booking. the front desk lady was my favorite part, she was amazing, kind, and very hard working! the rooms were disgusting. the toilet had not been cleaned properly, the room looked like it had not been swept in quite awhile, the bathroom smelled like pee, the bathroom vent was caked with dust and did not work properly, there was hair in the shower from the previous guest, there was no toilet paper prior to checking in, the only plus about the room was that it was cheap and the beds were comfortable. the elevator was sketchy and dirty, but the stairs were good. the lobby wasn’t the cleanest. the hotel it’s self was not inviting at all and basically like a high rise trailer park. very ghetto and on the south side so not the best choice. i do not recommend anyone staying here unless it’s a last resort. if they had more staff and housekeepers this hotel could have so much more potential. i give my stay a solid 3/10:))
