"This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. The staff was pleasant and kind. And the A/C in each room was a life saver as well as having a nice warm shower in the mornings. I liked the room setup as well with having a small kitchen counter and sink area and table to sit at. Nice touch!"

"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

"The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. "

"It was a very pleasant stay here. Although not many dining options nearby, there were local eateries/ bakery around 10 minutes walk so it was a surprise we enjoyed the takeaway food at the local canteen, cheap and very tasty. Locals buy there so good enough for us! Just very hot to eat there so we preferred takeaway. The food at the hotel was well balanced though we noticed the meats, espy the pork are a bit tough, need to simmer first. As a whole though, staff in the resto are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We could not fault them at all. They did their best, so did the staff at Reception, the security guard and housekery staff. Many thanks!"

"We booked and paid for 6 nights but stayed only one night. It is a ridiculously annoying place to stay- very noisy Aircon in the room( hub said it felt like we're still on the plane), sink in the bathroom is clogged, our WiFi didn't work, key card room did not work, no bath mat, floor of bathroom is wet, the taps of the shower were annoying, reversibg the on and off, if I turn off the shower, the water from the bottom tap turns on, it was awful to use. I have not finished showering and the new soap given has become flattened like the size of a one peso coin! Reception never kept their promises, no bath mat, no hand towel, no soap came. The next day, I decided to check out even if we paid for 6 nights. Security and people at the redty we're very helpful, food was good there, but the hotel itself is really crap! We stayed here in 2019, booked two rooms to be near my family but this time, the facilities have become so bad. If you are given 311, run away! It's the worst hotel room we have been to, been up 30 countries mind you! The light and fab at the bathry is controlled by one switch and it was so noisy when it's on. The door kept alarming too, hey card was dodgy. Never again! Can I still get my money back? They did not deliver as they promised We went to Microtel, it was very comfortable there and quiet!"
