"Location was OK - about 15 minutes walk from Marina area All the staff were engaged, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was OK. In addition to buffet, Coffee, juice and egg dishes served at table was good. It's a bit away from noisy port and marina (about 20 min walk, or 5 min drive), and it's a huge advantage. "I had very low expectations when I book this hotel. I only wanted a beach front hotel! Voi Tanka is much more than that! The resort has good facilities, lovely staff and amazing food (a lot of variety and amazing quality) ! We were in a half board option and we cannot recommend enough the food! "Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Positives were that the hotel overall is lovely with lots of space, bedrooms are very big with large beds. Good choice of food and the reception staff were great. Nice pool and little beach. Negatives, the 3 female pool bar staff were very rude on multiple occasions, the pool floor needs updating and the tiling throughout is uneven and dangerous. "Amazing beaches and water, lovely staff and incredible food (half-board highly recommended). Excellent and different a la carte choices offered every night. 2 bugbears which prevented me giving 5 stars- 1) It is usual for a top hotel to provide a couple of bottles of complimentary water each night. SM does have the water in the minibar, but they charge for it, which is a little annoying. 2) They have a private, lovely beach. However they charge 50 euros per day for the use of their beach sunloungers, which we were unaware of beforehand. For a hotel of this type, we would not expect to pay for this (and certainly not so much). However, overall, we had a fantastic stay - loved being able to rent e-bikes so we could explore the area."
