Booked VIP suite solely for the private sauna. It can only be operated via touchscreen mounted on the wall, which was not working properly. On a 3 day stay, maintenance and hotel staff members were in our room for two of those days trying to repair it, but ultimately were unsuccessful. We never used the sauna. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and beautiful. Without the sauna issue, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.

This is a lovely boutique hotel and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I stayed in the garden suite and it was quiet and extremely comfortable. I was solo and I liked it so much that my husband and I are going back in February. Note: If you are renting a car arrange with the hotel IN ADVANCE to use one of the three parking spaces they have available in a protected place about 100 feet down the street.

Lovely gem of a hotel and great location. Excellent service, and attention to detail from all the staff. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Excellent service at this stylish and elegant hotel centrally located in Cagliari. Very comfortable and firm bed. Breakfast buffet is nice with variety, would be better if some more salad is available. It’s the second time of my stay and still find it highly recommendable.
