No need to call for a taxi, we just stepped out front a waived one down. Breakfast buffet was awesome, with plenty of choices and food was delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. "From the moment I walked in the door, this hotel surprised and amazed me. The hotel smelt so lovely as soon as I walked in the door. New recruit Martyn was smiling behind the counter when I arrived and went way over and above to give me so much information about the hotel and the surrounding area. He looked absolutely dashing and obviously takes a lot of pride in his uniform and his position with this hotel. A true professional who was kind, courteous and obliging. Not sure how old the hotel is...

Beds a little on the soft side and only 1 pillow available.However place very clean with the exception of a bad stain on the chair which I covered up with a towel before sitting on. Bit of a disaster checking in, had to wait until 16:45 for a key as it was a big change over day. It was unfair on the reception staff, just 1 person early and late shift.
