Our premium room overlooked the harbour so it was lovey to watch the boats coming & going, but was equally quiet at night. It was central for our needs, close to port dock, Cathedral, shops & restaurants. The room was clean but showing signs of needed maintenance worn carpets & chipped paintwork. Friendly, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Lovely room overlooking harbour, armchairs in room to sit and look out. Bed very comfortable, room was warm, not too hot. Food - excellent, lots of choice at breakfast, evening meal very good. Was advised at check in that rooms not cleaned everyday, this suited us as didn’t need/want this, if we needed anything we asked and this was addressed straight away. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely book again.

Room was not cleaned during our four night stay, but we had clean towels when we needed them, so wasnt a problem for us. The breakfast and evening meal was a nice touch and there was coffee and tea whenever we wanted. Great location. Would book again.
