Hotel is in the center of town, very convenient location. The breakfast offers a huge selection of cold and hot items. The only issue was that our room was only partially picked up or cleaned very late in the afternoon.

Staffs were very helpful. Like the free coffee and tea and water dispensers at the lobby. Good wifi. Great location.
Water can seeps out of the shower area which I don’t like. Maybe should close up the gap so water won’t seep out.

Amazing stay at a lovely peaceful hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. If I return to Tromso I would choose this hotel again. The free breakfast was amazing.

The hotel’s location was very good. We were able to reach most places on foot. The breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options. Having gluten-free and lactose-free products was especially important for me. The rooms were not very large, but the beds were comfortable. Although it was very cold outside, the hotel rooms were quite warm, especially the bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Our stay at this location was excellent but what we loved the most was the daily breakfast as it was delicious! In addition the location was excellent as we could get to every tour, restaurant, or shopping area we needed to within a short walk.
