"El hotel en general me pareció que estaba muy bien, aunque apenas pudimos disfrutarlo, ya que sólo estuvimos unas horas. Al adelantar nuestro vuelo no pudimos desayunar allí, por lo que pedimos que nos prepararan un picnic, que resultó muy malo. El sandwich de dos pisos sólo llevaba relleno en uno de ellos, el otro era sólo pan. Además, un paquetito de galletas maría, un plátano y una botella de agua. "If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "We had a wonderful stay at Complutum Hostel! So artsy and cool just like in the photos. Its in steps away from historic sites and literally across the street from a gorgeous old spanish court adorned with lush gardens. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
