Riyadh hotel rooms a the Fairmont

"We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy. "

"This is the best hotel in Riyadh! I have travelled all over the world and have never received such outstanding hospitality and service. The spa was incredible and I recommend the Hammam. I was truly sad to leave as I felt like a total princess the entire stay. The GM and all of his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you feel totally at home. I can’t wait to go back! "
