"This wasn't my first time in that hotel in Riyadh. I had to book this hotel, even though it was over my budget, due to its location near my business meetings. Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. "Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon. "
