"The front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. He is a horrible representative for the company and if i were to base my stay off of him i would put one star. He lied and was rude the entire ordeal with him was beyond frustrating and i wouldn’t want that for anyone. "

"I arrived 2 hours late due to traffic from the airport. I went to the address on this site. IT WAS NOT THE CORRECT HOTEL. I went to another Almuhaid and it wasn't right either. So i spent another hour walking with my luggage on the streets of Riyadh after 12 am. I t was NOT a pleasant experience."

"parking are not available 99% of the time, you have to walk for over 1km or you can park unleagelly like lots others as it is in the middle of computer centre of the city room very unclean, can't walk without a slipper in the room, sticky carpet, smelly room, other hotels around better and cheaper, was not available that day no kitchen service, kitchen extension never answered, no complimentary water or coffee/tea bags, coffee/tea cost 7 times more then normal prices, no food at the kitchen...
