"You cannot beat the location! Outside the door is blocks in every direction of pedestrian walkways full of food, shopping, everything! And transportation, and subway station is within 4-5 blocks. However, the moment you get in your room, you can't hear a thing! Total quiet, comfort and privacy! The only reason I rated staff a 3 out of 5, is because you dont really interact with staff. Upon check in, I got the sense that I should have electronically checked in, and I shouldn't need to interact with them, so I never did again. "
