"I have been coming to the Royal Palm for years the staff is better than ever. Just solid good people. Alberto stood out particularly at the pool he's perhaps one of the best pool men on Collin's Avenue. The Beach crew was great too. The staff was helpful and put the guests first. Room was fine with good views and TV no complaints. Pool was warm but fine. I'll be back."
