"Amazing service, good breakfast-athough same breakfast menu on all the three days of my stay in the hotel, reception staff very active and helpful- special mention to Anubha and Maggie who have been very kind and receptive. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location. Ocean is just few steps away, with clean water and serenic beauty. "I’ve been staying here for years now. And although it’s a great location due to accessibility to the beach and the area and many times the rates , I have to say the hotel has been declining past few years. It’s in major need of renovations, painting and modernizing. The hallways rugs need to be replaced. However over all the hotel is one of my constant go to’s for a quick Miami trip. "

"In a great area, located by a lot of the water activities right off of collins Ave. The room was clean, view was nice. But the police came to the hotel like 3 times that night, not sure for what. Overall a great time was had."
