"Room should be prepared with amenities such as fridge being workable, airconditioning turned on, and some moisturizer without being requested when you arrive. TV sounds needed a bit of maintenance. Not sure how good the spa is, tried to go in twice to inquire/book but there were no staff available in the spa room. Overall, nice place with a 360⁰ rooftop view with swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. "

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Very spartan, no-frills establishment, which is reflected in the incredibly low price for Makati. There’s no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or even phone in the room, but there was a hair dryer. Two full-size bath towels; no hand towels or wash cloths.
