"Amazing hotel with true 5 star amenities and service. Location is great, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but within a few minutes walking distance. Opting for the lake view rooms is definitely worth it. Staff was also fantastic, especially at the front desk. They went above and beyond was expected from them. The only thing that falls short of 5* is the Juliette restaurant (which also serves the breakfast). Several dishes don't taste as good as you would expect. For...

"The location of the hotel is super convenient to the train station and attractions of Lucerne. The room is spotlessly clean, the complimentary sparkling water was a very nice welcoming gesture to our stay; though the room is a bit small for 3 of us, but it is sufficient and functional. "Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant."
