All of them including the front office manager were full of positive attitude and wanted to go the extra mile to help. The property was a little old but that’s a given since it is a mountain town. However the room and the beds were impeccably clean and the in-house restaurant food was superlative. "

"Jasper Forest Park Hotel is much better than what I thought before checking in. It is a high level hotel with conference holding capability. Its staff are well trained for professionalism, hospitality, and attitude to guests. My rental car had a malfunction, front desk member Pavel Myska spent close to an hour helping me to fix the problem, which I could not imagine in a normal hotel. This really let me feel at home while staying at the hotel. They go extra distance to help guests. I could not use words to express my gratitude towards this hotel."

"Great hotel in Jasper. Due to wait to check in we for a upgrade which included breakfast at the hotel nextdoor. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night as we were drving around BC but would have been happy to have stayed a few more nights."
