"Loved the location, not in the middle of town, first hotel as you enter the town of Banff, so it’s not so busy, still walkable to all the shops and restaurants in town. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they provide free coffee grounds to make in your room (not a pod coffee)! The restaurant food was good, good selection and the drinks were awesome! Breakfast croissants were delicious!"
