"This is a fantastic location. The hotel is quite nice. The fitness center is reasonably well-equipped for 2-3 people to use at one time, and is free to use between midnight and 5AM. The buffet is fantastic. The location is a short walk from Umeda Station. There are tons of restaurants in close proximity. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"This nice hotel is at terminal 3 departing area. Super convenient for check-in. Room is quiet and clean, and has all the comfort of stopping overnight. Service is attentive and efficient."

"The area is convenient to lots of places around Yokohama. They also have family mart in the hotel, and also just outside the hotel to buy bunch of necessities and foods. The room is so clean and comfortable to sleep. The view from where I stayed was magnificent!"

"The location is very convenient being just a short walk from the arrivals area. Rooms are quiet and all kinds of shops and facilities are within easy reach. Most of all, it is the staff who make the hotel what it is; the staff here are typical of the better Japanese hotels in being extremely kind, helpful, and efficient."

"Classy hotel tucked away on West side of Ikebukuro. So being away from the hustle of the east side of the station yet being so so near makes it pretty convenient. Great to have up to 3 Beef Don places most opening till late and one is 24hrs right next to hotel. 2-3 Convenience stores a stone throw away. Coin laundry although overused by many guests was good to have. Airport Limo Bus to Narita also picks up from this hotel making it a god-send for us. Overall would recommend again to others."
