"The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. When the staff was there they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone there the whole day. Also it would have been nice to be able to open the shutters to get some natural light. Also the elevator did not work"

"This property is six minutes away from Napoli Central in a somewhat sketchy neighbourhood. It is incredibly noisy outside the property. Once you get inside the property, it’s a complete 180. The property is an absolute gem. The room had a coffee machine although I couldn’t get mine to work on day two and three of my stay. The TV was perfect for my seven year old. The bed/comforter was comfortable. Plugs near the bed which was a plus. There’s ample storage option and a mini fridge. ...

The breakfast was nice and local restaurant recommendation was superb. Walkable to the major sights and close enough to the transport hub to arrive on foot. The beds were very clean and comfortable but you could hear everything in the rooms surrounding you, which is common for hotels like this. Even with that, we had a wonderful stay! "
